HCW, LLC Owned Hotels Top in Customer Satisfaction

The Hilton Branson Convention Center was recently honored as the No. 2 hotel in customer satisfaction and guest loyalty among all the Hiltons in North and South America.

People really like staying at the Hilton Branson Convention Center and the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing.

The two local hotels were recently recognized for their “stellar customer service.”

“We are very pleased to announce the Hilton Convention Center and the Hilton Promenade were ranked Nos. 2 and 3 in the Americas in customer satisfaction and guest loyalty,” said Bill Tirone, director of sales and marketing for the hotels. “This puts our hotels at the top of the list of all the hotels in North and South America. It’s definitely a great honor.”

Tirone said the Hilton Convention Center was actually ranked No. 1 through Dec. 16, 2007.

“In the final two weeks of the year, another hotel (in Las Cabos, Mexico) pulled ahead of us,” he said. “We were a little disappointed, but not for long. We know that our dedication to our customers is most important.”

Tirone said the employees are the reason the local hotels are being honored by their customers.

“We couldn’t have great customer service without employees who believe in taking care of our guests,” Tirone said. “They are the engine.”

Employee Rachel Pellam, of Branson, said the recognition speaks well of the service the two hotels provide.

“It’s pretty awesome to be recognized like this,” Pellam said. “It’s just common sense to give the best service possible.”

Heather Hobbs, of Branson, agreed.

“We sure are honored to be near the top of this list,” she said. “It shows us that our customers appreciate the job we are doing. When we all do our part, it makes our guests feel special. That’s what we are trying to do.”

Tirone also said the recognition was great, considering how “young” the two Branson hotels are.

“We were going up against some well-established hotels, with long histories of great customer service,” Tirone said. “This is very special to have these honors for the two-year-old (Hilton Promenade) and the one-year-old (Hilton Convention Center). It shows we have done things the way they are supposed to be done from the start.”

In September, the two hotels also earned special recognition.

The Hilton Promenade, which opened in February 2007, was chosen as a Pinnacle Award winner by Successful Meetings magazine.
