Buying property in Branson, Missouri has become a trend, a trend that is taking baby-boomers, young couples and singles home to Branson Hills, an HCW, LLC and Stonegate Realty luxury living development–the most desirable address in Southwest Missouri.
Branson Hills offers young and old alike lifestyle opportunities like no others including affordable and welldesigned
dwellings. It is one of the few places left that offers a diversity of natural beauty, recreational activities and endless economic possibilities. Sheltered by the Ozark Mountains,

Golf Club, an 18-hole course designed by Bobby Clampett and Chuck Smith pays tribute to the legendary golfer Payne
Stewart. The course is complete with a clubhouse, driving range, pro shop, tennis courts and swimming pool.
Branson Hills property is connected to other amenities like the City of Branson’s new $14 million RecPlex, a 42-acre sports, fitness and recreation center. A very popular vacation
destination, Branson has 52 live performance theaters, three crystal clear lakes, an award winning theme park, wonderful museums, fabulous shopping and recreational activities
galore. And, another key element to Branson Hills is its location–within a mile or two of two major highways, schools,a hospital, retail giants like Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, M.C.
Sports, Best Buy, and many others, as well as great restaurants and plenty of shopping.
HCW, LLC, is no stranger to Branson. HCW has an outstanding reputation with a blockbuster team that has global credentials and an innate ability to foresee a need in the community and step up to meet the challenge. After envisioning and building Branson Landing (waterfront shopping, dining and entertainment project) located on the
waterfront of Lake Taneycomo in downtown Branson, this powerful team with global credentials channeled their innate
talent on the challenge of building the largest residential community ever built in Branson’s rich history, Branson Hills, a $300 million development project.
Richard E. Huffman, CEO of HCW, LLC, points out that as a development and construction management company, HCW
is committed to preserving and eccentuating the natural
beauty and unique characteristics of the community. “New construction at Branson Hills blends harmoniously with its
surroundings–one of the most desirable attributes of the neighborhood and the property,” says Huffman. The Branson Hills community spans over 1,200 wooded
acres of peace and tranquility; yet, entertainment, shopping and dining are only minutes away. “The centerpiece of
Branson Hills is our 18-hole-golf course, Payne Stewart Golf Club, in honor of the life and legacy of professional golfer Payne Stewart who touched many lives, and whose life was
cut short at the pinnacle of his career. Following his U.S. Open Championship and 1999 U.S. Ryder Cup Team victory his
Learjet tragically crashed in Aberdeen, S.D. on October 25th, 1999,” explains Huffman. Payne was 42 years old.
The Clubhouse construction is finished and offers 13,500 square feet, with a full-service restaurant, an exercise
area, swimming pool and tennis courts. Also located in the Clubhouse is the gorgeous Pro Shop, which includes
Payne Stewart memorabilia–his Ryder Cup bags, clubs and incredible mementos of Payne Stewart’s remarkable career.
Hilton Golf Management will manage the course and Clubhouse. With Hilton, comes the benefit of their years of experience in managing golf courses and providing excellent hospitality throughout the United States. If you’re interested
in booking an event at the Clubhouse, please call 877-337-2963 and arrangements will be made by the Club’s staff. Or, if you happen to be in the neighborhood, stop by and visit the
new facility. Reserve a room at the all new Hilton Convention Center Hotel located at Branson Landing. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the Payne Stewart Golf Club and offers preferred rates for golfers. For more information go to www.bransonlanding.com/stay.html.
The first nine holes of the Payne Stewart Golf course are scheduled to open September 1 and the remaining holes will open May 1, 2009. As noted, the Club is a tribute to the late Payne Stewart, developed in collaboration with the Stewart family and friends. Bob Allen, a PGA professional, has been
appointed golf pro at the Club. “Bob Allen has the credentials and the dedication to take on this role, and we are honored to welcome him on board to set the direction that pays tribute
to a great man” says Huffman.
Allen is a member of the Midwest Section PGA Senior Cup Team, and twice named Pro-Pro Champion in the Midwest Section. “My goals for the club include building membership value and reaching out to the local community much the way Stewart would have,” says Allen. “He brought more good one-on-one than anyone I’ve ever known.” Allen grew up with Stewart in Springfield, MO and remained a good friend until Stewart’s untimely death. “Call it serendipity,” says Allen “but
I feel like Payne is an angel on my shoulder, and he’s brought me to this place in my life.” The Payne Stewart Golf Club is not just a job to Allen, it’s a passion, and he’s determined to make the Club a place Stewart would be proud of.
Allen explains that some of the holes are modeled after holes where Stewart or one of his peers made a memorable
shot. For instance, hole 7 is a rough estimation of the postage stamp green at Royal Troon in Scotland–a place Stewart
loved. Tees will be named after different tartan plaids that were a trademark of Stewart’s golfing attire.
Designed by Bobby Clampett, another professional golfer and CBS Sports commentator in conjunction with his partner Chuck Smith, the 18-hole course preserves much of the wild beauty of its natural setting and brings out the best of abilities in all levels of players. The best golfers will be challenged
with five sets of tees playing up to 7,400 yards. The course will definitely leave a lasting impression with its natural rock ledges, waterfalls, creeks and the rolling Ozark hills–all part
of its design features. Visit www.paynestewartgolfclub.com
to learn more about Payne’s unbelievable life and career. You can also view course progress photos and images of the
clubhouse. Unblemished nature, faultless panorama, abundant wildlife, crystal clear waters, superior golf course and the Ozark Mountains–a remarkable setting for many who call Branson Hills their home. Why not join them today? For more
